What rejection means: Sometimes you weren't qualified. Sometimes they had an internal candidate. Sometimes it was bad luck.
What rejection doesn't mean: You'll never get a job. You're not good enough.
Recovery strategy: After a rejection, do one small productive thing. Solve one LeetCode problem. Send one networking message. Action beats rumination.
