Bootcamps optimize for speed. They teach you to build apps, not explain why hash tables are time and space. That's fine for building. It's a problem for interviewing.

You're competing against candidates with -year head starts
None of this is insurmountable. But pretending these challenges don't exist won't help you overcome them.
