Your interviewer may probe perceived weaknesses. Handle them without defensiveness.
"You don't have a CS degree..."
"I've focused on practical skills through my bootcamp and projects. I'm continuing to deepen my CS fundamentals."
"Your experience is only months..."
"Six months of intensive learning. I've built X projects. My learning velocity is high because I bring strong fundamentals from my previous career."
"Why should we take a risk on you?"
"Career changers are more motivated. I left a stable career because I'm serious about this."
Acknowledge, pivot to strength, show action. Never apologize.
