Sometimes a public post works. "I'm looking for roles as a [Title] at companies like [Company A, B, C]. Does anyone in my network have connections there?" Be specific about what you're looking for. Generic "looking for opportunities" posts get ignored. Specific asks get responses. People want to help but need to know exactly what you need.
