Start every bullet with a strong action verb. Led, built, created, reduced, increased, designed, launched, managed, delivered, improved. Avoid weak verbs like "helped with" or "assisted in." Wrong: "Responsible for sales team performance." Right: "Led -person sales team to exceed quarterly targets by ." The verb sets the tone for the entire bullet.
