The GHz band offers more channels and less interference than GHz. You get up to non-overlapping channels depending on your region. This band supports wider channel widths, allowing faster data rates. The tradeoff is reduced range. GHz signals attenuate faster over distance and struggle to penetrate solid walls. For dense deployments like offices, GHz performs better because you can place access points closer together without channel conflicts.
