Remote interviews: use digital whiteboard (Excalidraw, Miro), test your setup beforehand, look at camera not screen, minimize background distractions.
Onsite: practice on physical whiteboard, write large and organized, don't turn your back to interviewer while drawing. Both: silence your phone, close unneeded tabs.
