Run /init in a new project to auto-generate a CLAUDE.md file. Claude Code analyzes your codebase and creates initial instructions based on:
- Detected languages and frameworks
- Existing patterns in the code
- Package.json, requirements.txt, or other config files
This gives you a starting point to customize. It's faster than writing instructions from scratch.
