How to resolve "Internal Error" after submitting code?

Hi! I'm new to Repovive and I joined the Test Contest earlier. I tried to submit my codes to the problems. However, I got an "Internal Error" mark on all of the questions. I would greatly appreciate any advice you can give for me to resolve this. Thank you!
