The constraint that the sum of $k$ over all test cases is at most $3000$ was missing from the statement. It has now been added.

Attention Contestants:
We experienced a temporary technical issue with the judging system, where submissions were failing or stuck in processing.
The issue is now completely fixed, and the judge is functioning normally again. All failed/processing runs are being rejudged. Additionally, we have extended the round by 15 minutes.
Also, all the repeated submissions will be removed to avboid incur penalty.
