Yes. Before starting a Technical Screen, you need to connect your GitHub account in your profile settings. You then select up to 3 repos for Kevin to ask about during the interview.

What does the Technical Screen assess?

Kevin assesses five dimensions: Technical Depth (understanding why decisions were made), Code Ownership (whether you personally wrote and owned the code), Problem-Solving Clarity (describing problems, constraints, and chosen approaches), Self-Awareness (honest self-critique and what you would do differently), and Communication Quality (clear, concrete explanations without empty buzzwords).
