Prepare - stories from your career. Each story should cover - Leadership Principles.
Create a grid: rows = stories, columns = LPs. Mark which LPs each story demonstrates. Every LP should appear in at least stories.
Focus on stories from the last - years. Include at least failure stories and conflict story. Interviewers expect vulnerability and honesty, not a highlight reel.
Write each story in STAR format. Time it. If it takes more than minutes to tell, cut the Situation section.
