Here's the practical approach: prepare - stories from the last - years. Each story should demonstrate - LPs.
Build a matrix. Rows are your stories. Columns are the LPs. Mark which principles each story covers. Aim for every LP to appear in at least stories.
The most-tested LPs: Customer Obsession, Ownership, Deliver Results, Earn Trust, and Bias for Action. Make sure these have your strongest stories.
Reuse stories across rounds. Different interviewers evaluate different LPs, so the same story can work for multiple questions.
