Amazon interviews differ from Google and Meta in ways.
First, Leadership Principles dominate. Google has "Googleyness" in round. Amazon tests LPs in EVERY round. If you skip behavioral prep, you'll fail regardless of coding skill.
Second, coding difficulty is lower. Google asks Hard-level problems regularly. Amazon sticks mostly to Medium. But they expect cleaner code and better communication.
Third, the Bar Raiser is unique. No other company has an independent evaluator with veto power from outside the hiring team.
