After each round, your interviewer writes detailed feedback and assigns a rating:
- Strongly Incline: Clear hire signal
- Incline: Positive, would hire
- Not Incline: Below the bar
- Strongly Not Incline: Clear no-hire
The hiring committee needs a majority of Incline ratings. A single Strongly Not Incline, especially from the Bar Raiser, can end your candidacy.
Each rating covers both technical performance AND Leadership Principle alignment. You can't pass on code alone.
