Maximum XOR of Two Numbers - Read Statement

Given an integer array nums, return the maximum XOR of any two elements.

Example: For [3,10,5,25,2,8], return $28$ from $5 \oplus 25$.

Constraints: up to $2 \times 10^5$ elements. $O(n^2)$ is too slow.
