Prepare - stories that cover these themes:
- A time you collaborated across teams
- A project that failed and what you learned
- A conflict with a coworker and how you resolved it
- A time you led without formal authority
- A decision you made with incomplete information
- A time you pushed back on a bad idea from a senior person
Each story should map to at least themes. A strong collaboration story often doubles as a leadership story.
