Good signals: you invited quiet teammates to share ideas, you gave credit publicly, you asked for feedback on your own work.
Bad signals: "I took over because no one else could do it." Even if true, reframe it: "I noticed a gap, proposed a plan, got buy-in, and we divided the work."
