I want to be straight with you about what OpenClaw is not good at. Knowing the limits will save you time.
If you need a visual bot builder for non-technical team members, look at Botpress or Voiceflow instead. OpenClaw assumes you're comfortable editing config files and running a Node.js server.
If you only want a local chat UI to experiment with models, Jan or LM Studio gets you there faster. OpenClaw is overkill for just talking to Llama locally.
If you need enterprise-scale customer support with ticketing and SLA management, look at Chatwoot or Zendesk. OpenClaw is an assistant framework, not a helpdesk platform. Understanding these boundaries means you'll pick the right tool the first time.
