Collect evidence of Staff-level work before you start interviewing. Technical strategy documents you authored. Design reviews you led across teams. Incidents where you coordinated response across + teams. Mentorship that led to promotions. Frame your narrative around demonstrated scope, not title. When asked about your level, say: "My title is Senior, but I've been operating at Staff scope for months. Here's what that looks like..."
