This is about decision-making with incomplete data. "Tell me about a time you made the right call when others disagreed."
Strong answer: your team wanted to build a custom solution. You pushed for an open-source alternative, showed the data, and it saved months of development. Weak answer: a decision where you were obviously right and nobody disagreed.
Also show intellectual humility. "Tell me about a time you were wrong." They want leaders who can update their beliefs.
