They evaluate: intellectual humility (admitting what you don't know), bias toward action (shipping over perfecting), comfort with ambiguity (making decisions with incomplete information), and collaborative instincts (elevating your team over yourself).
Interviewers look for signals in your stories. "I convinced the team" scores lower than "I gathered input and we decided together." Show learning from failure, not just success.
