Follow this workflow for each study day:
Read the pattern intro ( minutes). Understand when to use it.
Attempt problems without hints ( minutes each). Set a timer.
If stuck after minutes, read hints. Try for more minutes.
If still stuck, study the solution. Understand each line.
Re-solve without looking ( minutes). This cements the pattern.
Don't spend more than hour on any single problem. Move on and revisit during review days.
