This is Amazon's most cited LP. Jeff Bezos built the company around it. Interviewers test it with: "Tell me about a time you prioritized the customer over internal convenience."
Strong answer: you delayed a launch to fix a UX issue that of users hit. Weak answer: "I always think about the customer." That's a statement, not a story.
Show a specific moment where customer needs conflicted with something easier, and you chose the customer.
